After covering red and green in these earlier recipes, he keeps to the Christmas colors theme with these vibrant yellow Lemon-Turmeric Crinkle Cookies.
Though I typically prefer chewy cookies over cakey, these not-too-sweet, lemon-infused treats completely won me over! I’ve polished off the batch, sneaky some any chance I could.
At this rate, it won’t be long before my holiday cookie box collection consists exclusively of Eric Kim’s recipes.
