I’ve never met a vodka sauce I didn’t love, and a new favorite is Lidey Heuck’s Saucy Shrimp alla Vodka!
I mean, how can you not love a simple homemade tomato sauce infused with shallot, garlic, crushed red peppers, and, of course, vodka combined with a little heavy cream and parmesan?!
Once the sauce has simmered for a bit to let the flavor meld, the shrimp are dropped in and cooked until tender and you’re ready to eat.
Served with crusty white bread and more parmesan, it’s a quick satisfying meal and the sauce is even better on day two!
