Edy Massih layers on the flavors with his Chicken Shawarma Wrap! This dish packs lavash (I could only find flour tortillas) with shredded chicken combined with yogurt, parsley, toum, shawarma seasoning, and lemon juice along with  tomato wedges, pickled veggies, and romaine lettuce before rolling up and baking in a hot oven for a perfectly crispy shell.

Drizzle some tahini on top before eating, and you’re ready to dig in!

The whole wrap comes together quickly using store-bought rotisserie chicken, and you can speed things up even more with store-bought toum and pickled veggies.

Though Edy’s homemade toum is otherworldly—we’ve been smearing this creamy garlic spread on everything!
