Friendsgiving: Woks of Life’s Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Sriracha & Honey

Woks of Life’s Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Sriracha & Honey is one of our go-to side dishes. It’s spicy, easy, and delicious, so when I was looking for more greens to add for Friendsgiving, I knew it was perfect!

The shaved Brussels are tossed with garlic, honey, sriracha and chili oil then baked in a very hot oven with a brief stint under the broiler for extra crispy results – keep a close eye on them as I’ve completely burnt them before.

The day before Friendsgiving, I panicked and doubled the recipe, which, of course,  was way too much for 10 people given all the other dishes. But we weren’t complaining as we happily ate the leftovers all week.
