Chopped Salad with Spiced Skillet-Roasted Chickpeas
I’ve learned countless tips, tricks, and techniques from Cook’s Illustrated over the years, but for some reason, I rarely end up cooking any of the dishes. After seeing their method for crispy chickpeas for Chopped Salad with Spiced Skillet-Roasted Chickpeas, I knew I had to break that streak!
Ina’s Best Frozen Treats
Escape the summer heat with Ina Garten’s array of frozen delights. Whether you’re craving homemade Milk Chocolate Oreo ice cream, simple store-bought “Ice Cream” Sandwiches, or impressive desserts like Raspberry Baked Alaska, Ina has the perfect cool treat for every palate.
Ranking Ina’s Burger Recipes
Today, I’m sharing how each of Ina’s burger recipes stack up. Ina has only four burger recipes, but Laurent Tourondel shared two additional ones on the show, which I’ve included.
Lidey’s Crispy Cauliflower & Chickpea Cakes with Moroccan Spices
These delightful gluten-free treats are bursting with flavor – roasted cauliflower and onions, and chickpeas seasoned with spicy harissa paste, cumin, ginger, and cinnamon.
