Inspired by Radio Bakery in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, this recipe recreates their smoked salmon sandwich using homemade everything bagel focaccia. Adapting Claire Saffitz’s focaccia recipe, it’s topped with everything seasoning and filled with scallion cream cheese, smoked salmon, and pickled onions.
