I am slowly learning to love tofu. One of my new favorites is Ali Slagle’s Green Curry Glazed Tofu – I love the trick of cooking the tofu with a bit of the Thai green curry and coconut sauce allowing the sauce to absorb into the tofu before adding oil and browning on all sides.

Best Recipes of 2023
2023 was the first full year after completing this project, but that doesn’t mean I was done with Ina! From finishing Go-To Dinners to creating “best-of” list and revisiting old favorites, she still was part of our meals throughout the year.
