Do I need to store blueberry ricotta cake in refrigerator?
It will probably be fine at room temp for up to 24 hours, but I’d play it safe and refrigerate for any longer period of time!
Will frozen blueberries work?
They should – I’d give them a quick rinse and dry before adding – otherwise they may really color the batter!
