For brunch this past weekend my friend Annie suggested we try one of Ina’s cosmopolitan recipes. I’ve probably had fewer than 5 cosmos in my entire life — I’m more of an old fashion/martini guy) — but Duke’s Cosmopolitan from Foolproof was one of the best I’ve had. It was the perfect mix of lemon juice, cranberry juice, vodka, Cointreau with a dash of egg white.
