Just when I didn’t think I could love mashed potatoes anymore, Ina shows up with Truffled Mashed Potatoes! I knew just by reading the recipe that I need to double this out of the gate — I love all things truffle. Served these with the Pot Roast from this weekend and absolutely everyone went for a second helping.
