Tips
- The recipes called for 1.5-inch rib-eye steaks. If you get thinner ones, make sure you adjust the time accordingly.
- I didn’t have a thick balsamic vinegar, so I thinned out a balsamic glaze with balsamic vinegar.
- Keep a close eye on the tomatoes (many people have commented about them burning after 3 hours in a 300-degree oven). I baked mine at 250 degrees and they were done after 2 hrs and 45 min.
