We are celebrating Dolly Parton’s 78th birthday by making the famous Cinnamon Bread from Dollywood!
I haven’t checked Dollywood off my bucket list (couldn’t convince Alex to honeymoon there. Ha.) so I haven’t experienced the cinnamon bread firsthand, but everyone who has raves about how good it is … and now I can understand why!
The recipe makes two rolls, each of which is rolled in a butter/corn syrup mixture before being coated in cinnamon, white and brown sugar, and baked.
Out of the oven, the warm loaves are served with a divine glaze you can drizzle over, dip in, or both!
Of course, Dolly can do no wrong – now if we could just get her to reveal her REAL chicken and dumplings recipes we’d be set
