James Park’s Fiery Spaghetti & Meatballs

Every so often, Alex’s office hosts “Meatball Mondays,” and with nearly 50 meatball recipes on my cooking bucket list, I always have suggestions!

One of the best we’ve made is James Park’s Fiery Spaghetti & Meatballs. Even without the accompanying sauce and pasta, the meatballs shine on their own with a drizzle of chili crisp and a shower of parmesan!

Jamesy packs these pork and beef meatballs with flavor—chili crisp, gochujang, soy sauce, mozzarella, basil, and onions. We took the lazy route and baked them instead of pan-searing (400°F for 25 minutes).

Word is they were a hit at the office!
