August tricked me again this year. I was lulled into a lighter workload and relaxing weekends hiking Maine’s coast – and then Labor Day hit. We’re hitting the ground running, honey. All of a sudden I’m wondering where the day went and discovering emails I drafted 6 hours ago and forgot to send, distracted by an evergrowing to-do list.
It’s this time of year, I’m looking for recipes that get me in and out of the kitchen that don’t skimp on taste – and luckily Ina Garten has plenty of those, so today I’m sharing 30 Ina recipes that’ll be on the table in 30 minutes or less!
Some of these dishes are true under-30-minute wonders, others I’ve given store-bought tweaks to get you there, and a few are make-ahead gems you can pop right in the oven after work. Enjoy!
