One thing I miss most about December in New York is going to Dan Pelosi’s epic cookie swap. This year, I got a little taste of that magic when my friend Annie hosted her own cookie swap last weekend – and I made sure to bring my Grossy cookie tin!
My go-to contribution will forever be Eric Kim’s phenomenal Gochujang Caramel Cookies. I scoop them at 1½ tablespoons instead of ¼ cup for smaller (but still very generous) cookies
