A couple months ago, I spotted a video of Arayes – Lebanese Meat Stuffed Crispy, and could not stop dreaming about making them! With all the options on the internet, I wasn’t sure which version to make, but as RecipeTinEats has always been reliable, I decided to make her version – and, I think, I have a new obsession!
I adore the creamy, tangy lushness of labneh which is great on its own but paired with a few simple ingredients becomes magical! I can’t get enough of this Çilbir which tops store-bought labneh with homemade chili oil, poached eggs, and a sprinkling of mint and parsley all scooped up with warm pitas.
