A couple of months back, I decided to expand the list of Ina recipes to include ones on her show but not in any book. In her books, she doesn’t have a ton of broccoli recipes so I was excited to find this one.
The best part about this dish is the slowly poached garlic in olive oil. It browns and becomes a sweet, succulent morsel. Then, all you do is toss it with the broccoli, garlic-infused olive oil, soy sauce and seasonings. I accidentally overdid it on the crushed red pepper flakes so this really had a kick, but the spicier the better!
