375. Dinner Spanakopita

After making Warm Goat Cheese Salad a couple of weeks ago, I realized I had multiple boxes of half-used phyllo dough, so browsed through Ina’s cookbooks and found this treat!

These are relatively similar to Ina’s Spinach Pie in taste and ingredients. Both are delicious, but I think these win on the presentation front and who doesn’t love to eat with their hands — it’s just easier!

I ended up making a Greek yogurt dipping sauce to serve these with by mixing Greek Yogurt, lemon, minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
