After making a menu for dinner that included mashed potatoes and pot roast, I knew I needed to serve something a little lighter for an appetizer. I’m a little burnt out on salads so decided to go with a crudite platter.
And you can’t have veggies without a dip, right?! So I made Ina’s Green Herb Dip — it’s not necessarily light, but it was delicious 😉
I made the dip the day prior to dinner and refrigerated overnight to let the flavors meld. I took it out of refrigerator an hour before serving to allow it to come to room temperature.
