Notes: The recipe says to sauté the onion and potatoes for 10 minutes until browned and cooked through. It took me more than double that time over medium heat, so I’d recommend either roasting them on a separate pan in the oven with the chicken or boiling them. Then you can finish them off in the sauté pan with the onions!
