  • Fish Sandwich: Reheat fish in the oven. Toast two slices of bread. In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup mayo, 1 tsp lemon juice, and 1 tsp sweet pickle relish.  Smear one side of each slice of toast with the mayo mixture. Cut the fish filet in half and stack on a slice of toast. Add Bibb lettuce, tomato, and top with other slice of bread
