One listen of @beyonce’s Cowboy Carter and I had my cowboy boots on and was boot scootin’ over to the grocery store to grab the ingredients to make Ina’s Italian Roasted Meatballs (with Spaghettii, of course)!
These have always been a favorite as the delicious mix of sirloin, veal, and pork always comes out moist and tender – and there are typically enough leftovers to meatball snacks throughout the week!
While I typically serve these on polenta, but in honor of Bey’s new song Spagehttii, we changed things up!
Like most meatballs, these come together quickly for a hearty and delicious meal – easy enough for weeknights but special enough for Sunday Supper.
For the sauce, #storeboughtisfine and Rao’s is always my go-to.
