2006’s The Devil Wears Prada – unless you’ve been living under a rock for the last 18 years, I don’t think you need a recap for this one and remind you of Andy’s awful boyfriend.
While we could have made a steak dinner and thrown it in the sink, we opted for the cheaper and easier Grilled Cheese with $8 of Jarlsberg!
While we might not have managed to fit $8 worth of cheese into each sandwich, they were absolutely delicious!
We used sourdough bread generously slathered in butter, stacked high with cheese, and cooked them low and slow until achieving a perfectly golden crust and melted cheese. A touch of Dijon mustard took these to the next level.
