Ina Garten’s Irish Guinness Brown Bread

This St. Patrick’s Day, I’m revisiting a favorite Ina Garten recipe: Irish Guinness Brown Bread!

I didn’t know what to expect from this cake-like bread the first time I made it, but loved it so much I devoured the entire loaf in two days… and immediately made a second one!

Slightly dense, subtly sweet, and incredibly moist (thanks to buttermilk and a whole bottle of Guinness), it’s pure heaven when served warm with a generous smear of Kerrygold salted butter.
