I’ve been dying to make these brownies since seeing Ina whip them up on her show several years ago. It combines some of my favorite things: brownies, ice cream, and an adorable personal serving I don’t have to share with anyone.
To say these are decadent is an understatement! This is restaurant-worthy heaven – the warm, gooey brownie topped with the cold melty ice cream had me licking the skillet clean!
While this is the perfect dessert for any dinner party, my roommate and I opted to have it for breakfast. Because, like Beyoncé, we’re grown women and do whatever we want!
And I can’t wait to see what else I can make in these mini cast iron skillets
