Notes:
I was a little nervous to run my Kitchen Aide for the hour called for in the recipe (Kitchen Aide recommends only 5 minutes of continuous use). I ended up doing it for 30 minutes, then sticking it in the fridge for 5 to bring the temperature down. I also had a fan blowing on the mixer while it mixed (I was very concerned haha)
