Woks of Life’s Roasted Root Vegetables with a Miso Glaze was the surprise hit of our Friendsgiving menu – a “we need more veggies” dish that quickly became a crowd favorite destined for our regular rotation!
A colorful medley of carrots, beets, and red onions roasts at high heat until tender and caramelized, then out of the oven is tossed with an absolutely divine butter-miso sauce infused with garlic, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
It’s a low effort, high reward dish (thanks in large part to the miso) and the hint of cinnamon is *chef’s kiss*
