Tips
- The raspberry sauce makes about two cups, but I only used 3/4 cup to decorate all the plates. So depending on how much sauce you like, you could cut the recipe in half.
Leftovers
- We had a lot of leftover meringue, so we lined a baking sheet with parchment paper and piped out 3.5 inch circles. Then baked them at 200 degrees for an hour.
